  3. User Accounts

      • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

      • One person or legal entity per account

      • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

      • Payments processed through App Store, Google Play, or web payment processor

      • No refunds except as required by law

      • Price changes effective at next renewal

    • 4.3 Cancellation

      • Cancel anytime through app stores or account settings

      • Access continues until end of current billing period

      • No partial refunds for unused time

  5. USER CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT

    • 5.1 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE:

      • YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ANY CONTENT YOU UPLOAD, IMPORT, OR SHARE THROUGH THE SERVICE DOES NOT INFRINGE ON THE COPYRIGHTS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

      • This includes but is not limited to:

        • Recipes imported from websites

        • Recipes extracted from photos of cookbooks or magazines

        • Recipes copied from other sources

        • Images uploaded to the Service

    • 5.2 COPYRIGHT INDEMNIFICATION:

      • YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS REPLAY RECIPES, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM:

        • Your violation of any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights

        • Any content you import, upload, or share through the Service

        • Your breach of these Terms

        • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

        • Claims by copyright holders regarding content you've added to the Service

    • 5.3 User License Grant

      • By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

        • Store and display your content within the Service

        • Share content as directed by you

        • Create backups and archives

        • Process content for Service functionality

    • 5.4 Representations and Warranties

        • You own or have the right to use all content you upload

        • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

        • You have permission for any copyrighted material you import

        • You will comply with all applicable copyright laws

    • 5.5 Copyright Notice and Takedown

      • We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. To report copyright infringement:

        • Include: identification of copyrighted work, specific URL, your contact information, statement of good faith belief, statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, signature

      • When importing recipes from external sources, the Service may automatically add source attribution. However:

        • YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE for ensuring proper attribution is adequate

        • Attribution does not grant you rights to use copyrighted content

        • You must verify you have permission to use and share imported content

  6. Prohibited Uses

    • You may not:

      • Violate any laws or regulations

      • Infringe on intellectual property rights

      • Upload malicious code or viruses
