Ingredients
- 0.25 cup salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 cup water
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- 3 clove garlic
- 4 pork chops
Prepare the brine
Add salt, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to the water in a large bowl. Whisk until salt and sugar dissolve.
Add aromatics
Add rosemary and garlic to the bowl.
Prepare pork chops
Pierce the pork chops with a fork on both sides.
