- 1.25 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup ground unsalted pecans or walnuts
- 0.5 cup ground unsalted sunflower seeds

- 0.5 cup rolled whole wheat flakes
- 0.5 cup cornmeal
- 0.5 cup oats
- 1 cup unbleached flour
