Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 0.33 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 0.75 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 0.5 cup milk
- butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 oz chocolate
- 0.33 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Combine cake ingredients.

Prepare first frosting
In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and milk. Heat and boil until thick, then spread on the cake.

Prepare second frosting
In a saucepan, combine sugar, chocolate, and milk. Boil for one minute, then beat until thick and spread over the first frosting.
