
Banana Oat Breakfast Bites

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 cup cranberries or raisins
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or coconut oil, or if fat-free line with parchment paper.
Mash banana
Place the banana in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Mix ingredients
Add the oats, cinnamon, and cranberries or raisins, if desired. Mix until uniform.
Scoop and shape batter
Scoop out the mixture using a heaping tablespoon measure—you should get about 8 bites. Place them on the baking sheet and flatten them slightly to make discs.
Bake
Place the bites in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned on the sides.
Let cool
Cool completely before eating.
